The training “Diversity and Inclusion in Small and Medium Enterprises” is part of the “Building Bridges” initiative of Shell Bulgaria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria and Lidl Bulgaria in partnership with the Center for the Study of Democracy and is supported by the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and the Bulgarian National Contact Point  for Responsible Business Conduct.

Success and good business results in today’s competitive market are achieved with the active participation of people and with a proactive company policy focused on people and based on the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion. With the advent of the new ESG directives, these topics are becoming increasingly important. The three international companies Shell Bulgaria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria and Lidl Bulgaria have prepared a series of trainings in which they are ready to share their many years of experience in this area.
