In today\u2019s dynamic business environment, managing corruption risk is no longer a matter of good practice, but of competitiveness and long-term sustainability. Companies from all sectors \u2013 from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals with extensive supply chains \u2013 are facing increasing demands for transparency and compliance.\u00a0<\/span>Regulatory pressure<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is increasing at both European and national levels, and\u00a0<\/span>access to finance<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>new markets<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0increasingly depends on the existence of clearly defined anti-corruption policies and functioning internal control mechanisms.<\/span><\/p>\n

For\u00a0<\/span>SMEs,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0good corruption risk management is a key condition for inclusion in supply chains, gaining trust from investors and partners, as well as for participation in public procurement and ESG assessment. For\u00a0<\/span>large companies<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 especially those with multiple suppliers and external partners \u2013 anti-corruption policies are an integral part of reputational and legal risk management, as well as a tool for maintaining compliance throughout the value chain.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training is jointly organized by\u00a0<\/span>the Bulgarian Network of the UN Global Compact<\/span><\/strong><\/a> (part of the Working group of the Bulgarian NCP) and <\/span>Transparency International Bulgaria<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 organizations with expertise, recognition and an active role in promoting ethical, responsible and sustainable business behavior.\u00a0<\/span>We continue to work together<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to provide a meaningful and practically oriented program that will support companies in building effective anti-corruption systems \u2013 and make them sustainable and competitive.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
