The Bulgarian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct participated in the Discussion Forum of the Club of Chairmen of Trade Union Organizations of the CITUB from the Affiliates of Multinational Companies in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct which is part of the structure of the Bulgarian small and medium-sized enterprises promotion agency (BSMEPA), on November 10, 2025 took part in the Discussion Forum of the Club of Chairmen of Trade Unions of the Confederation of Bulgarian Confederations of Trade Unions of the Affiliates of Multinational Companies in Bulgaria.

The event was held in Sofia, and the panel in which the NCP participated was dedicated to the meaning and importance of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. The NCP presented the OECD Guidelines for RBC, the OECD Due-Diligence Guidance,  structure and activities of the NCP and the presentation was followed by a discussion.

Other topics discussed in the panel were responsible business conduct, sustainability and good practices, and the EU Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and ESG standards were presented.
