Integrated strategies for secure business
In today’s dynamic business environment, managing corruption risk is no longer a matter of good practice, but of competitiveness and long-term sustainability. Companies from all sectors – from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals with extensive supply chains – are facing increasing demands for transparency and compliance. Regulatory pressure is increasing at both European and national levels, and access to finance and new markets increasingly depends on the existence of clearly defined anti-corruption policies and functioning internal control mechanisms.
For SMEs, good corruption risk management is a key condition for inclusion in supply chains, gaining trust from investors and partners, as well as for participation in public procurement and ESG assessment. For large companies – especially those with multiple suppliers and external partners – anti-corruption policies are an integral part of reputational and legal risk management, as well as a tool for maintaining compliance throughout the value chain.
The training is jointly organized by the Bulgarian Network of the UN Global Compact (part of the Working group of the Bulgarian NCP) and Transparency International Bulgaria – organizations with expertise, recognition and an active role in promoting ethical, responsible and sustainable business behavior. We continue to work together to provide a meaningful and practically oriented program that will support companies in building effective anti-corruption systems – and make them sustainable and competitive.
